All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. If there is a delay or issue — more common during holiday periods — we will notify you immediately.

Please note that delivery within France typically takes 3–4 business days.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. This lets you check the status of your shipment with a single click.
The subject line of this email is:
"Venune™ – Your order has been shipped! 😊"

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order within 1 hour of placing it.
However, please contact us as soon as possible so we can catch it before it’s shipped.

What if my tracking info doesn’t update?

If you're having trouble with your tracking or haven't received your order within 14 days, please contact us right away at support@venune.com.

I think my package is lost or stolen — what do I do?

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it — or if it’s stuck as “not delivered” — please contact us immediately at support@venune.com.

We’ll investigate the issue and make things right.
